Decorate your Table
A table is not just for food...well not at V V Rouleaux! You need to give your guests something to talk about as you stir the gravy.
There is something wonderful as everyone takes in their breath as they admire your displays. Cluster some candles and arrange metal decorations around them - easy to do and V V stylish.
Dig out your tall vases and fill them with spikey and glittery stems. Put them on sideboards or corner tables - it gives your room depth.
The back of chairs can be used instead of name places - Uncle Tone (he of the trombone), well he can swing round to the top of the table.
Those precious tree decorations, handed down from generation to generation - save them from being knocked off the branches and place them around your tables.
There is something truly wonderful sitting at a well decorated table. A V V style apéritif...
