At V V Rouleaux, we strive to deliver your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer worldwide shipping, with various shipping options available at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based in the checkout based on your location. Please note that customs and duties fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but please allow for additional time during busy holiday periods.


Faulty Items

If a product is deemed faulty, we will refund you or you can make an exchange. If you wish to return by post, all postage costs for item/s returned due to faults will be credited back to you by VVR provided you use the delivery method we request. If delivery is done by any other means then we will not credit back the delivery costs incurred. Please contact us on 0207 627 4455 or [email protected] in advance of returning any goods by post. This will also allow us to discuss the fault with you and advise you on which delivery method to use to return your order.

Consumer: Non-Faulty Items Purchased Online

Unwanted goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund. They must be unused, in re-saleable condition, clean and free from any damage, and include all original components and packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. Bespoke or made-to-measure items can only be returned if they are faulty.  Items that are measured and cut to your specifications are deemed bespoke.

Please contact us on 0207 627 4455 or [email protected] in advance of returning any goods by post. This will also allow us to advise you which delivery method to use to return your order as well as inform you of anything else you need to know. Return delivery costs will not be reimbursed by VVR.

You will be liable for all items posted and not received by VVR so please ensure you retain proof of postage and ensure that the delivery method's compensation cover is adequate for the value of the goods returned.

Consumer: Non-Faulty Items Purchased in Store

We take care to offer customers help and advice with their projects and, as such, all non-faulty goods purchased in our London shop are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Customers are advised to check products for end use in store.

Trade Customers

All orders are deemed to be Purchase orders. No goods may be returned except with the consent in writing given by a Director of the Company. The signature of a delivery note does not constitute consent.
