At this point you can either buy by the pack or by the unit.
Terms and Conditions
- The minimum length supplied is 1 metre or 1 piece, termed a UNIT on the site.
- Minimum purchase is £7.50 plus shipping
- Items are normally dispatched within 2 days subject to availability
- In the event of an item being out of stock, we will advise of the delivery date and offer an alternative if this is not satisfactory
- Postage and packaging is £5.00 plus vat within the United Kingdom and items will be dispatched via the quickest and most effective service at the discretion of V V Rouleaux
- If we are shipping to countries outside the United Kingdom we will advise you of the cost
- The colours on your screen may not represent the real colour so please check before ordering (See minimum purchase as above)
- V V Rouleaux does not accept returns on cut lengths, unless the goods are faulty
- Single products (e.g. Flowers, Tassels) are delivered in clear bags with a seal. If the seal is broken the item is deemed to have been accepted.
- All prices quoted (including shipping) are ex-VAT at 17.5%
- Trade prices are available to V V Rouleaux Trade Account Holders
Returns Policy
- V V Rouleaux is an unique business selling a vast range of passementerie. Naturally therefore, our merchandise comes in a variety of colours and materials and these cannot always be exactly replicated by your computer screen so please be aware of potential colour differences when you order.
- We are unable to accept returns unless items are faulty.
Sampling
- We do operate a sampling service through our retail outlets. For a minimum charge of £7.50 we will send a selection of samples matching your fabric or requirements. Please contact them for further details.
- Subscribers to V V News can receive this service for free.
